Leak Correction, Replaster, and Expansion Joint Replacement

PURPOSE 

The Work Scope of this Technical Provision will include: to provide all materials and labor by a certified/licensed contractor to complete all LEAK CORRECTION, REPLASTER AND EXPANSION JOINT REPLACEMENT listed under the PROJECT SCOPE to complete the DELLINGER PARK POOL.

DEFINITION

For all purposes and requirements of this document, the words “provide” and “provided” shall be defined as the requirement to furnish a service, or to furnish a product system, or facility in its entirety.

MATERIALS

A list of materials will be provided and specified to be provided by the contractor.

POOL SIZE 

Pool Size –228,000 gallons the major depth ranges marked are from Zero Depth to Shallow consisting of 1ft 6in, 1ft 8in, 2ft, graduating to the “T” area consisting of 3ft, 4ft, finally leading into the Deep/Diving/Competition area 5-7ft, 9ft and 10ft. Seven lane lines in the competition area 75ft X 50 ft. Pool also contains entry steps, in-water permanent bulkhead, three ladders, underwater lighting.
