Please Note:

• Participants may join any class offered; however, please exercise at your own pace and do not over-exert yourself. Classes last an hour.
• Not all classes listed above may be offered, depending on the instructor's availability. Please check monthly for current offerings.
• 25 participants per class including the instructor, to maintain participant safety and comfort.
• All classes are first come, first served.
• Everyone must rinse off before entering the pool.
• Lap Swim/Open Exercise is not permitted during class times.
• Parking handicap permits must be displayed at all times.
