Our Goal with our Adult Exercise Classes is to provide opportunities for adults and seniors to maintain their overall fitness with options to increase their range of movement, strengthen cardiovascular health, and build muscle strength.

The addition of our Yoga classes will give you more opportunities to increase your well-being. 

Adult & Senior Exercise (18-over)
Adult Movement: This class provides adults to do light cardio work and stretching to increase range of movement. Adult Tone Zone Gain health benefits by increasing muscle strength. Use equipment around the gym that best fits your needs. Senior Stretching for Life: This class provides for our seniors the opportunity to increase range of movement through stretching and improve flexibility for everyday life.
