The City of Cartersville, Georgia invites your company to submit a Proposal on the Attached Proposal Package, titled: Drywall & Acoustical Ceiling" The Work Scope of this Technical Provision will include: Provide all materials and labor by a certified/licensed contractor/plumber to complete all DRYWALL & ACOUSTICAL CEILING listed under the PROJECT SCOPE. A. Acoustical Suspension System: Provide all materials and labor to install a ceiling grid system in the kitchen 9’ off the finished floor elevation per the product data attached herein and labeled “USG Donn Brand AX Acoustical Suspension System. B. Kitchen Lay-in Panel for Acoustical Suspension System: Provide all materials and labor to install a wipeable ceiling tile in the ceiling grid system referenced in “A” above in the kitchen per the product data attached herein and labeled “USG Ceilings Kitchen Lay-in Panel”. C. Kitchen and Restroom Drywall: Provide all materials and labor to install moisture resistant drywall to the walls and ceiling on the interior of the men’s and women’s restroom as well as the kitchen walls per the product data attached herein and labeled “Gypsum Board, 5/8” USG Sheetrock Brand EcoSmart Panels Mold Tough Firecode X. The drywall finish shall be to that of a level 4. D. Foyer and Storage Room Drywall: Provide all materials and labor to install drywall to the walls on the interior of the entry foyer as well as the single non-masonry wall in the storage room per the product data attached herein and labeled “Gypsum Board, 5/8” USG Sheetrock Brand EcoSmart Panels Firecode X. The drywall finish shall be to that of a level 4. E. ALTERNATE #1: Provide an alternate price to cover all walls in the kitchen with FRP extending up to the level of the acoustical ceiling. The finish product shall include all trim trims and address all seams including those at the floor. Shall list as “Alternate #a” the price to install FRP in the kitchen.
