Natural Gas Safety Survey Call

Citizens in the Cartersville Gas System's service area will be receiving an important phone call the week of May 23rd, from our contractor. This natural gas safety survey will help the Gas Department continue to provide citizens with the best - and safest - natural gas service they deserve.

We ask that everyone please participate when the call is received. The survey will take just a few minutes, responding to yes/no questions. 

What citizens can expect:

  • WHO: Current customers & non-customers in our Cartersville Gas System service area
  • WHAT: A pre-call [just a heads-up that a survey call will soon be made] & a less than 5-minute survey phone call
  • WHEN: Monday, May 23, 2022 pre-call & survey begins Wednesday, May 25, 2022
  • WHY: For citizens to provide feedback which will help us give you the best customer service, always keeping your safety as our #1 priority
