Background Checks
- Background Checks can be made at any time.
- You must bring a valid ID and sign a consent form upon arrival.
- A request for a Background Check can only be completed in person by the individual named in the request. A request cannot be made on another individual.
- You will be asked to fill out a request form to determine the reason the report is needed.
- A background check requires a standard charge of $20.
