Filming In Our City

We get it...Cartersville is on the most wanted list. Lots of hidden gems and quaint places to shoot a fantastic scene. From commercials to film and renovation shows, we've hosted them all. And we're happy to host you. 

To kick it off, please fill out the two-page document below and simply upload the completed application using the form. Or shoot an email to lbagley@cityofcartersville.org. We'll connect with you regarding the next steps for full approval.

Please note these two things [and these are big ones!]:

1. Proof of Production Liability Insurance [COI] must be submitted with this application.

2. We require this permit to be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the shoot, in order for approval to be considered. We have multiple departments that have to check off and make sure your request is doable on the the dates you list. And they need ample time to do that. The earlier you can send this our way, the better. Got it? Good. :)

Upon approval, there will be a $100 application fee.
