AMI Project Update Feb. 2023

Beginning in March of 2023, the City of Cartersville will begin the mass the deployment of AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) meters to homes and businesses. These new meters will replace our current water, gas, and/or electric meters and provide hourly reads to our office. We are utilizing two contractors (UMS and 3B Services) for the mass deployment of these replacement meters. If you should have any questions and/or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service group at 770.387.5607.
