Diesel Grapple Loader

Sealed bids from suppliers will be received by the City of Cartersville Public Works Department located at 330 South Erwin Street, Cartersville, Georgia 30120, until 2:00 P.M. legally prevailing time on May 5, 2021, for the purchase of: One – Grapple Loader Body and Chassis with Diesel Engine Specification: Grapple Loader with 24yd Body – grapple loader mounted to a chassis from behind the cab, standard trash bucket at end of boom. Loader operates from a fixed platform located behind the chassis cab, or equal. Chassis – conventional style cab, 33,000 GVW rating, 230 HP Diesel Engine with Automatic Transmission, or equal. Please submit model specifications and technical data included with bid. After the time and in the Public Works Conference Room at 330 South Erwin Street, the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. No extension of the bidding period will be made. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis or individual item basis, whichever is in the best interest of the City. Purchase Order will be issued by COB on May 7, 2021 and delivery of Grapple Truck must be made to City by June 30. 2021.
