EMERGENCY RFP: Removal & Clearing of Debris at Airport

The Cartersville-Bartow County Airport Authority is seeking proposals for the removal and clearing of all debris in the North East area of the Cartersville-Bartow County Airport property. Interested parties must turn in their proposals by Tuesday March 8, 2022 at 10:00 am. All of the tree cutting must be completed by Tuesday March 29,2022 and the debris removal must be completed by Tuesday April 12, 2022. These dates are non-negotiable and the chosen firm must demonstrate the ability to meet these deadlines. The work must be bonded. 

The area is above the existing Phoenix Air hangars on the eastside of the runway. The exact layout of the area is contained in the attached maps. The access path will be either East Airport Road or Hwy 61/113.
