Memorial Tree Walk on the Etowah Riverwalk

2024 trees will be available for purchase beginning Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

TREE SELECTION

Hand-picked from three different species for their amazing growth and the beautiful colors they produce during the fall. The Parks & Recreation Department will plant trees, based on the appropriate planting season for each species.

TREE LOCATION

Parks & Recreation staff will be happy to help you select a tree, the planting location along the Etowah Riverwalk, and the wording for the marker. To assist with the process, the Cartersville Parks & Recreation Master Plan will be referenced.

MARKERS

Polished granite markers are 10" x 16" x 4". You may include your loved one's name and words of special recognition. It will accommodate five lines of text.

COST

The 2024 cost will be determined later this summer based on the trees offered and marker prices. This includes both the purchase and installation of the tree and marker.
