Court is held in the City Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor of City Hall.
Cartersville Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the government of Cartersville. Municipal court is responsible for processing all traffic citations, local ordinance violations, and Uniform Misdemeanor Citations that occur within the city limits of Cartersville. It is also responsible for collecting fines and fees, preparing court dockets, entering dispositions, and forwarding information to the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS).
