Dellinger Park - 100 Pine Grove Road - 770-387-5626
Dellinger Park is the location of the main office for the Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department. The park consists of 111 acres. Dellinger Park - Brochure

Facilities at Dellinger include: 
  • Tennis courts (14 lighted)
  • Softball fields (6)
  • Football/soccer field with 440 yard track 
  • Playground areas (2)
  • Outdoor basketball courts (2)
  • Olympic size swimming pool
  • 2 mile and 1.3 mile walking/running trail with exercise stations (cinder/gravel trail)

  • Miniature golf course - nineteen hole
  • Four acre lake with an island gazebo (available for reservation)   
  • Dellinger Park also has four large picnic shelters (available for reservations)

Cartersville Civic Center - 435 W Main Street - 770-387-5625
Serves the community in many ways. 
  • Georgia Precinct # 000 polling place 
  • American Red Cross blood drives 
  • Available for reservations for company meetings, wedding receptions, civic groups, etc. 
  • The Gold Room and the Quillian Room are available for groups of 35-65 people. 
  • The Etowah Room will accommodate up to 700 people. 
  • The kitchen is also available for an additional fee

Gymnasiums
The Aubrey Street Recreation Gym and the John H. Morgan Gym are the locations for Cartersville Parks and Recreation Youth Basketball, Adult Basketball, and Free Play Basketball.

Tennis Facilities
The Cartersville Parks and Recreation Department offers tennis facilities at three locations:

  • Matthew Hill Park - 75 Aubrey Street

The Dellinger Park Tennis Center offers tennis programs for all ages and ability levels.

Gymnastics Center
The Gymnastics Center is the location of the Cartersville Parks and Recreation gymnastics classes and also the Cartersville Twisters & Tumbling Teams. Programs are offered for boys and girls age 2 thru high school age include developmental and competitive gymnastics. www.cartersvilletwisters.com

Miniature Golf
The "Mini-Greens" is a 19-hole putt-putt golf course and is located in Dellinger Park. The course is open weekends only May-September (weather permitting.) Available for reservations by groups, clubs, and companies.
Hours: Saturday, 2-8pm 
            Sunday, 2-8pm
Fee:     $2.00 per game
