The Cartersville Welcome Center is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Cartersville in the former train depot. The Welcome Center offers brochures on local attractions, downtown shopping and dining, historic walking/driving tours, Cartersville and state of Georgia maps, official Georgia visitors guides, plus a number of free distribution magazines and newspapers.
    
Public restrooms are available inside the depot during business hours. Also, right outside the depot is an amphitheater area that guests are welcome to use for dining, and picnic tables are located beside the fountain (across the street under the shady oak trees). Our public conference room is available by reservation for business meetings.

    Our gift area inside the depot includes:

Welcome Center at the Depot hours are:

        Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.  

        Saturday, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
