Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 7am - 8pm
Thursday: 4 - 8pm
Saturday: 8 am - 12 noon
Senior Aquatic Center
All passes must be purchased at the Dellinger Park office Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm.

The Senior Aquatic Center is open year round for seniors to come and exercise! We offer daily classes and open swim.


Men and Women locker rooms with showers are available.

Classes available: 

Aqua Arthritis:
Consists of a range of movements to help lube joints and stretch muscles. Most of this class will be in the middle of the pool at a depth of 4 feet. This is a great class for individuals new to aquatic therapy and suffering from arthritis.

Aqua Yoga: Lead by a CD, and specializes in balance and core strength. This class is very relaxing and great for everyone. Yoga CD.

Deep Water Aerobics: Lead by a CD all in the deep end of the deep end of the pool. Participants will wear a floatation belt and do exercises to strengthen lower body muscles.

Knee, Back, and Neck: Great class for those with knee, back, and neck pain. Concentrates on stretching and moving those joints.

Mid-Impact Aerobics: Light running, jogging, jumping jacks, etc. If you don't want to sweat it out in the full impact water aerobics this is the class for you.

Musical Movement: Come dance with us in the pool. This class moves to the rhythm of the beat while getting your exercise in for the day.

Water Aerobics: Running, jogging, jumping jacks, upper and lower body strengthening. Geared towards all patrons. Most of the class will be in the middle of the pool at a depth of 4 feet. Intermediate to advanced class.

Water Exercise: Middel impact water aerobics class. Some jumping jacks, running, jogging. Mostly upper body strength and arm workouts.

Water Walking: During this class you will walk in patterns, do upper body exercises and movements to help with balance. This class is taught in the shallow end of the pool. This is a low impact class and a great class for individuals who have never participated in aquatic exercise before.
