Classes available:
Aqua Flow: Low/Mid-Impact Class
Beginner class. Arthritis-friendly. A great flow of cardio and strengthening, incorporating upper body exercises and movements to help with balance. This class is taught in the shallow end of the pool. This class is low-impact and great for individuals who have never participated in aquatic exercise before.
Aqua Fit: Low/Mid-Impact Class
A shallow water moderate-intensity workout using water and equipment for resistance, toning muscles, and increasing endurance and flexibility. This class is low-impact and great for individuals who have never participated in aquatic exercise before or are recovering post-operation.
Water Aerobics: Mid/High-Impact Class
Running, jogging, jumping jacks, upper and lower body strengthening. Intermediate to advanced class.
Water Exercise: Mid-Impact Class
Some jumping jacks, running, jogging. During this class, you will walk in patterns and perform upper body exercises and movements to help with balance. This will also work to help increase flexibility.
Aqua Fitness: Mid/High-Impact Class
This is a full body workout, using a combination of cardiorespiratory exercises, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Conducted in all areas of the pool, participants can increase range of motion using non-impact movements.

Low-Impact: Low level of intensity/difficulty. Low to no aerobic exercise.
Mid-Impact: Moderate level of intensity/difficulty.
High-Impact: High level of intensity/difficulty.

Please Note:
* Participants may join any class offered; however, please exercise at your own pace and do not over exert yourself. Classes last an hour.
* Not all classes listed above maybe offered, as it is dependent upon the instructor’s availability. Please check the monthly class schedule for current offerings.
* Lap swim is not permitted during classes, only during open swim. See monthly class schedule for open swim times.
* 12 participants per class, to maintain social distancing. All classes are based upon first come, first served.
